Q: Where do I get additional recycling/garbage bins?
A: You can change out the size of your bins by calling Pellitteri at 257-4285 x2. If you travel to their South Town Rd location, you can switch out for no charge, but you do have to call and give them a one day notice before showing up. If you want to have them switch it out for you at your home, they will do that for a one-time $25 fee that you pay with credit card over the phone prior to the swap. There is no difference in the annual fee to you or to the HOA regardless of the size of your containers. Also, if you want a third bin (any size) the annual cost to the homeowner is $96 per year plus tax. Again, you pay that with a credit card over the phone prior to them dropping a third container at your home.
